Reinventing: CHEAT MEALS.

When we say “cheat meal”, it means a meal/portion/food item that is part of your regular healthy day.  Cheat meal is your opportunity to eat what you like, not a mandate to eat what you can. It’s a cheat meal, and NOT a cheat day.


As a Nutrition Expert, I do allow Cheat food/meal but I view it as a TREAT.

-A treat is an item that is out of the “ordinary” and gives great pleasure.

  The 3 teaspoon RULE on Cakes/Sweet desserts.



After a good 3tsp, share the rest of the slice. *Wink*



Pizza night

1 regular slice in a month is enough to treat your body. Just make sure you train the next day! You can burn a piece of Pizza roughly for about 30-45mins Cardio-strength training.




Burger and fries

I allow once a month: Just consume 1/4 to 1/2 pc regular Cheese burger  plus 3-5 pcs fries. Share the rest to a friend! With this amount, you just need to burn it off for about 20-45mins Cardio-Strength training.



  • Don’t go crazy. REMEMBER to have enough amount of moderation and control.
  • Don’t do it too often. Make a schedule for it, maybe once/twice a month perhaps?
  • Don’t forget everything you know about portion control. A “Cheat” meal should not be a license to binge all day.
