Its not easy to Lose Fat Weight.
Especially during the Holiday Season. (AGREE?)
YES! but still, it’s not an acceptable reason to just dig in.
The Holiday Feast will be just around the corner. (And it’s getting closer people!) After months, weeks and days of hardwork – Nutrition & Exercise, will you just unmindfully give in? And then gain more than you lost? A BIG NO.
Take my advice:
Love yourself more by taking care of YOUR HEALTH. It is the best gift you can actually give to yourself. To your future self.
Always fight for the best version of YOU. No excuses. Everyday, every meal is a choice.. so make the right ones. ALL THE TIME 🙂
So here are my 3 Tips for YOU:
Don’t forget about your Goals. Stick to it. Not because it is the season of eating, you will just forget the guilt, and be weak.
Remember, 70% of your Goal is all about Nutrition. Which means, food intake should be monitored. So be in control. Enjoy the food in your plate but stick to your recommended portioning. And also, be mindful of your add-ons like cheese, gravy, sauce, cream, etc.
Exercise. Yes, you read it right!
It will be a war between your willpower and food out there, so be ready. Let your regular exercise be part of your weekly routine. Atleast 2-3x a week 1hr cardio training like cycling/running. But remember, exercise is only 30%. And if you don’t have control over your food intake, honestly, 30% exercise won’t help you burn that too much calorie intake. So, focus on your meals. (Wink! wink!)
Maintain your weight.
It’s ok not to lose weight during the Holidays, but atleast maintain your actual weight after all the hardwork you’ve been through. Take a break and enjoy the day with your Family and Friends! No need to be so hard on yourself. Just make sure you won’t gain back everything you’ve already worked on losing.
Make healthy choices. You deserve better.
